Michelle De Los Santos considers herself a native of both Columbus and Harris County, Georgia. She spent half of her childhood in Columbus, Georgia and moved to Waverly Hall, Georgia in middle school, graduating from Harris County High School. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a B.S. in Political Science. She obtained her J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida.
Attorney De Los Santos has been a member of the Georgia Bar Association since 2013. She is a former Assistant District Attorney for both the Violent Crimes Unit and Drugs Unit in Muscogee County District Attorney’s Office and prosecuted numerous sex offense, murder, and drug cases. She has tried numerous jury trials to conclusion and has resolved hundreds of cases. She opened her firm in 2019.
Attorney De Los Santos is married to Albert De Los Santos and together have two beautiful children, Olivia and Gabriel.
